Was greeted immediately and seated and drink orders taken right away. Came back with sweet teas, bean dip, salsa, and chips. Ordered a Beef chimichanga and Chicken Grande Burrito! Came out minutes later! Portions were very big for the price point! Food had amazing flavor and wasn’t over salted! Spoke with the Owner/Manger at the end of our meal who was also serving us. He was a very nice individual and took the time to chat with us about how getting the restaurant opened up was going and what plans he has for the future with it! Possible vegetarian options and more tvs to play MO Team sports on! Very excited to see what the future holds for them! Needless to say good food, friendly staff, and overall...

In this area (Rolla-St. James) we have more Mexican restaurants than gas stations…. This was my first time here at this fairly new spot - time 5pm. It was slow at this time, so, easy to have good service. What impressed is that the food was cooked fresh. At all other locations, the peppers and onions come out “limp” and charred, obviously cooked in advance and re-warmed/crispened on the griddle . Here, the veggies were al-dente! Being al-dente it also means the steak has had less time in the marinade/steamer, so it is also a bit tougher. If that is a problem for you, get shrimp. No draft beer,...

First time ordering, and we got takeout. We ordered the Arroz Sante Fe. I was slightly hesitant to order due to the previous mexican restraunt at the same location being less than satisfactory. So so glad we tried Sante Fe. Food was piping hot (even the chips) when I got there and they were accurate on waiting time. Salsa has a little kick which I love.
