Cuszos On-The-Go — Restaurant in St. Louis

The entire experience I had with the business was horrible. Wasn’t able to reach them on the phone at all. From the moment I stepped into the establishment it smelled like old greese. I spoke to someone at the window asking how long it would take for two things to be prepared, the shrimp Alfredo and a turkey burger w/ fries. They stated the restaurant is no longer serving the Alfredo but the turkey burger should be 40 minutes. I placed my order online and got a confirmation email sent. I went home in the cold and rain and came to pick up my order at the scheduled time. When I came in to talk to a different person at the window they said they didn’t have an order for me. I told them it was an online order. He proceeded to tell me my order was canceled which was weird because I didn’t receive a confirmation email. He informed the owner or chef and they canclled it on the spot after 40 minutes of me waiting for food and didnt attempt to rectify the situation other than the refund which is nothing when you’re hungry. Poor business management all around. Definitely needs to get better systems in place...

Most definitely gone get fat off cuszos cause I keep going, you ain’t gone never find another gas station tht sell food like ths , they really needa get their own building because some pple think it’s typical “hot plate meals” there until they go &find out different! &it’ll be more of a plus if they stayed open until 9pm at the least cause when I say they will make money money because the time they’re closing now, Pple will be getting off, be hungry &want to go but I have no complaints just suggestions &oh they are always friendly!!!! they also take the bleu visa, yes highly recommend , worth every red penny , everything...

I pondered on whether I should write a review or not but the more I thought about it, the more Frustrated I became, I called on several occasions trying to place a to go order. This establishment refuses to answer the phone. If you go to the place and order you will be waiting for approx. 1/2 2 hours to receive food. DO NOT WASTE your time to support an Establishment who cant even see the need to answer phones/communicate with potential customer KEEP it MOVING!! I approve...
