Been going here for years and unfortunately today will be my last time there. Subway customer service is like any fast food service where it starts off great, but slowly gets worse over time. This place is no different, and the negatives reviews about rude employees have some merit. Though in our experience it involves two young women with henna tattoos on their hand. Everytime we're there they have the attitude of not wanting to work, multiple times getting called out from customers because they seem to be making fun of customers in their face in their native language, and having no issue with antagonizing the customers. Today was the last straw because of what happened between the two young women and my mother. My mother came in to buy 2 footlong sandwiches like she always does every Thursday and noticed that the bread looked expired/unfresh, my mom told them if they can use different bread that was fresher/ had more color, but the employees refused, my mother said she wasn't going to buy those sandwiches if that was the case and they told my mother to not come back. It seemed they cared more about closing up for the night instead of giving us a satisfying customer service experience. It's a shame because this was our favorite place to get Subway sandwiches, but with people like that representing the store, it's only a matter of time before they lose...

I ordered my food (and paid!) and drove all the way there. When I arrived, they said they would not honor the on app prices. However, he did tell me he would be happy to sell me one sandwich for the price they had listed on their menu, which is about 30-40% higher than what’s online.
