Subway — Restaurant in St. Louis

Dirty, nasty, slow, bad service. Worst subway I have ever been to. I love Subway, but I came to this location early in the morning, a time in which you would think everything would be fresh and clean, but this place looked as if they just had some sort of stadium crowd come through. It was trashed ! At 5 in the morning. They probably hadn't made a sandwich in hours. The vegetables were all mixed with lettuce in EVERYTHING and this in that bin and that in this bin. I decided with it being the morning I had no other option so I waited and waited and waited for the lady to come out of the back and when she did she seemed annoyed to see me standing there. I asked for a foot long on white and when she pulled the bread out she said I don't think you want this it's really hard. So at that point I said well thanks but no thanks. The whole time I was looking at the conditions of the place and decided that this was the final clue I needed to get out of there. Worst...

It's only one worker here, stopped at McDonald's to order my kids food. When I stepped to the order station the associate was taking to either friends or family and stated he was on break and he was the only one working. I waited 15 minutes for him to take my order. Didn't seem as if he wanted to be there, what really got me was he kept clearing his throat over the food. 🤮 This is beyond me!!! I will not be a returning customer @ this location! I STOPPED AT THE SUBWAY, AND AN ASSOCIATE GAVE ME A WARM GREETING AS I ENTERED THE STORE.

SHE GAVE ME A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, AS SHE QUICKLY PREPARED MY 2 FOOT LONG SANDWICHES WITH THE INGREDIENTS I SPECIFIED.
