Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in St. Martinville

Get ready to be asked to wait in the parking lot for your food. From there it's a minimum of waiting in said parking lot for 10 minutes normally it's been around 20. With out a doubt hands down the absolutely worse Popeyes in the entire country. There is one bright spot the lady at the window but catch her on a bad day and watch out. Drive thru will always be quick and empty just know all parking spots are full of people waiting on food. Usually when waiting on food fries are cold by the time they get to you I wonder why. Drug deals in parking lot and workers friends hanging out inside or out. Maybe this place isn't fast food and a hangout spot I'm not sure it's definitely not fast and if it weren't for the apparent addictive contents of the chicken sandwich I'd never return. Reality I'm on a 5 year bender of chicken sandwiches and will continue to come back to this dumpster of a business for that sandwich. As I sit here and type I'm on minute 15 of waiting...

Went there foe lunch with two other coworkers. I ordered the shrimp platter. I ate two of them before inspecting the shrimp. They were rotten. Black spots from one side to the other. I went back inside to complain, the manager never came from the back to speak to me. So she must have known. I with that I would have kept the shrimp and got an attorney. Be careful at this nasty place. I also complain with the health department. The girl at the window had an attitude. It’s not my fault that you applied at Popeyes for a job. The inside looked nasty. They should close...

We were the first customers of the day! We ordered our food and everything was nice and fresh! I'm giving 5 stars because when our card was denied twice, the worker seen the panic in my eyes and she kindly took care of it. So glad to know they still have decent people in this world. Blessings come in many forms that day she was mine. I reccomend stopping by because anywhere they have kind workers is were you know they care about their job. Which means they care about the...
