OMG! First off, the young lady who served us was as nice as could be and everything bad was out of her control. The burger I ordered was disgusting..look at the pictures. That's what I was given after I got the wrong one. I had ordered a double and I'm almost positive that they just reopened the wrong one which must've been at least and hour old, and slapped another (obviously old) pattie on it then wrapped it up in the same wrapper. I'm fully aware that this is fast food and the bar is set pretty low...but this was almost comically bad. I've been in retail/service for years and this was more than just an off day. 8/17/25 I would do zero stars if I could, after my experience tonight. Unbelievable employees. Young lady was so rude, even rolling her eyes at me. Manager went and hide. Young man was the only one trying to be helpful. All because THEY rang my order up wrong. I wanted a simple bacon egg and cheese burrito, they gave me a super sonic breakfast burrito. Their mistake. I noticed when my son got home with the food. I go to exchange it, I admit I was annoyed. Gave them the wrong burrito and told them what I wanted. Waited for 30 minutes. Young lady comes to my car and asks what I’m waiting for. I said you have to be kidding me. I ask to speak to manager. Next thing I know they bring out my money and refuse...

On Jan 26 at 5p I ordered a #2 on toaster bread. The fries were stale and fried in old grease, and my toaster bread wasn't toasted. When I called the place the manager on duty told me the toaster was broken which really confused me. I do believe the manager on duty needs some serious training. When I suggested to her that she should tell a customer they are not able to sell toasted bread because of the toaster being broken instead of selling them a couple of white sliced bread. She could not understand why she needed to do this. Sometimes sorry is not good enough. I'll never visit this...
