Subway — Restaurant in St. Marys

It was good in the past.. went in tonight after a long run and just coming back into town this morning I stopped at subway as I craved it my whole trip and because they was 24/7 and had a bright neon sign advertising they was open, or I wouldn't have stopped and went on home.. I walked in to be told by a pilot associate that they was closed, I pointed at the bright lite sign and said that said it's open, she stated they was closed tonight from 10-6:30, okay, false advertisement then.. As I turned to walk out she, sounding condescending, made a comment to read the signs, I believe the big bright open sign is a sign, specifically to say it's open.. I go thru this pilot all the time, and multiple other ones while on the road, but after I talk to a manager tomorrow I won't be in a pilot or...

Typical Subway chain, food is par at best, service here (for me) is generally ok. However- because this is located in a Pilot Truckstop, they DO NOT offer the specials and promo's that most stand alone stores have. Apparently rent is pretty high in the Truckstop locations, I have found this practice (no discounts or promo's) to be the norm whenever located in these places. Not really fair when you think about it, truck drivers are prime canidates for "healthier"alternatives, but most (like myself) will pass up an over priced sandwich, for a cheap piece...

Fast, efficient, and friendly. After a long drive on the interstate we needed some comfort food in familiar surroundings. What better place to stop than a Subway at the Pilot Travel Center (and I'm NOT kidding) in Kingsland, Ga. The staff was very friendly and fast. Our order took less than 5 minutes to make and allowed us to be back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The salad and sub were great and were just what we needed. Will stop again when in the area if it's time for...
