Phenix Chinese Restaurant 2 — Restaurant in St. Pauls

Edit This was my favorite spot but after the treatment I received my last visit I'LL NEVER RETURN. I called in and scheduled a pickup. When in route I called to add to the order and was told it would be a minute and I said that's fine. When I arrived there was a line. I paid for my order and sat down and waited about 40 mins . I started noticing ppl that came in after me was getting their order before me so I said something about it. She tried using what I said, that's fine, as an excuse to service ppl that came in after me, which was clearly behind my call back as well. before me and thought it was funny. Literally laughed and said you said it was fine remember. Remember my face cause you'll NEVER get my business again.

This review was edited over 2 months ago and you're just attempting to try damage control. Pull out your cameras for this exchange I doubt footage still exist. You laughed me off like what you did was okay. Camera will show me there almost an hour and while you're at it focus on your customer by the doors face. I wasn't the only person you did this to just the only one spoke on it. You're the disappointment fix how you do things. I was supporting your business faithfully for how long before you laughed in my face???? You knew my order just by the last 4 digits of ny phone number I visited so often. My review stands...

Poor customer service. When I asked for the person in charge she refused to call the owner. After patiently waiting for 35 minutes (inside the building) for an order placed over the phone 20 minutes prior arrival the lady at the front said the person in charge is .. and just turned her back towards me. I told her that it is not right to make us wait more longer if it was placed over the phone. She proceeded with that they were short staffed. Anyway they had about 10 people working in the kitchen. This is unacceptable the female owner always seems to be in a bad mood except with certain customers. On the other hand the male owner always seems happy to see EVERYONE and ANYONE.

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Phenix Chinese Restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive.
