Pizza Hut — Restaurant in St. Pauls

Always having a pleasant time and delivery with pizza hut, this has disgusted me entirely. I ordered pizza and bread sticks as normal online, after doing so, I ran an errand. After returning my employees state my pizza hasn't come yet. It is now 40-45 mins. I call, she says its in the hot oven, they weren't aware of the pizza being placed in the oven. (Wondering) After receiving pizza, I open my marinara sauce and I find MOLD IN MY SAUCE. I immediately called, it takes manager 8 mins to answer the phone after initial person answers. I'm perturbed. She answers IMMEDIATELY irate. She says " well what do you want me to do....this aint right, its pre made so it couldn't be true". I then respond iritated because my children and wife has to eat as well and if this has mold, what about the sauce on the pizza? She proceeds to say while yelling " well I don't care what you do because....however, I hang up the phone because I'm not confrontational. Needless to say, I will not return to this PIZZA HUT AGAIN and you should think twice about ordering as well. This is a health violation and will be reported to BBB and Health and Safety....

There is a caucasian lady that manages this restaurant on first shift. I would advise anyone not to eat lunch at this particular restaurant, as she will definitely skimp on the ingredients. I've encountered her on more than one occasion and the situation wad the same all times. I order the melts every time I go here and she will give you mostly bread with cheese in it. Also she will cheat you out of sauce. Every pizza hut I go to gives sauce with the melts. Even the employees on other shifts at this same restaurant, but she tries to charge extra for the one that supposedly comes with the order. I will be sure to get her name so you all know who to avoid. Also she is the only one who does this at this restaurant. The lady on the night shift is awesome....

Now normally I am very generous with my ratings if everything goes well, but before I give the St Pauls location my money again I'll throw $50 out the window to the thought of pizza, ordered online $50 worth of food + delivery tipped $9 off the rip, waited an hour for my food, never arrived. I called and spoke to some random person 1 time after that the phone was never answered again...I ended up driving to the location at 11pm at night to figure out what happened to my food, I ordered at 944pm, and the store was closed!! 50$ gone..no wonder no one answered the phone.. I want...
