This is my first visit to this bakery, and it was an amazing one! I've never been to a bakery where they make South Indian snacks fresh and package them. They are usually imported and sitting on store shelves....unless I bring it back myself from India. They had pretty much all the amazing snack we usually bring back from India: -Neyyappam -Unniappam -Achappam -Kozhalappam (sweet & savory) -Plantain chips (different variety) There were many more, but these were in my tunnel vision. I wanted to buy a bunch to bring back with me, but I knew I wouldn't have room in my suitcase. The one thing the owner pointed out is that they fry everything and throw out the oil, never reuse. I appreciate that they don't reuse oil after frying, otherwise everything would have an awful aftertaste. I believe they ship to other locations. Unfortunately, I was too caught up in eyeing all the goodies, I didn't ask for the price or distance. The shop itself was a standalone with parking around the building. Would I return? YES ...and leave with a bunch of snacks!

Aishwarya bakery is a hidden gem that brings the authentic taste of Kerala right to your doorstep. Their freshly made snacks are simply unbeatable, taking me back to the flavors of home. The banana chips, achappam, and plum cake are absolutely delicious and makes me nostalgic with every bite. It’s rare to find such genuine, homestyle treats this far from Kerala. This charming little bakery has quickly become a family favorite!

This is one of the best kept secret snack place in Houston if you are wanting to taste Indian snacks such as Banana chips, plantain chips, tapioca chips, maida flour chips, sweet rice flour chips & many more…I always pickup few extra whenever I visit Stafford, TX. Snacks are freshly made & kept fresh. If you open a pack make sure you have it stored in air tight container for crispiness & long lasting taste

Aishwarya bakery is a gem in Houston and one of the places I brag about when people visit from out of town. Most places have lots of Indian restaurants and some even have bakeries where you get fresh mithai In North Indian style. However, this bakery serves primarily South Indian style, savory snacks and has a huge distribution area all over the United States with their products. We are lucky to have them in Houston. If you go there, you will be overwhelmed with the variety and every snack is unique and delicious. Most days you will find the owner, Ms. Bini, working in the kitchen making the snacks along with her dedicated stuff. They also have a factory location nearby for larger production. This woman-owned South Asian business is a gem and a must try. Please remember they do not serve food there for sit down. It's mostly large-scale distribution or you can buy some snacks to...

I have invited some guests and ordered some food from this place for pickup next day by 5 pm. Tried to call multiple times during the day and they did not answer the call. At 4:30 pm, when I called again on the way to pickup, they answered the call. The answer as as my mom went for am oil change, the food is not made and we are sorry! This is my first and last order with them. You can understand how embarrassed we are when the gusts came. They are not dependable at all! Stay away from them if you can, as there are so many other Indian stores in...
