Unprofessional staff. I entered and went straight to the ordering counter since there was no line. The young lady that was supposed to take my order was on the phone having a very casual conversation, laughing and playing, asking the person on the phone “why you late bro?” “You always late bro” etc. A different employee on a different phone (portable landlines) is engaging in the same exact conversation. Finally one of them hang up and come to take my order. No greeting. No acknowledgment that I’ve been standing by watching them horseplay. I order then pull out my phone to pay on the app. Trying to scan it, over and over, the barcode reader doesn’t read the scan. The girl never offers to assist nor does she instruct how to do it. I end up asking, is it broke? She replies “no move it closer and lower”. Why didn’t she say that the whole time she is watching me struggle to get it to scan. Then after ordering, I sit to wait. After waiting longer than usual, I realize it’s 5 staff and only 1 making drinks. It’s not busy. The 2 girls are literally leaned against the counter doing nothing. Finally I ask, “how much longer for my chai tea latte?” A guy says he is about to make it so I continue to wait. They need supervision at this location. The team is not self-directed nor motivated. Too much horseplay. The only person really working was the guy who made the drink, which was made incorrectly (I added espresso but can tell it was left out)....
Read moreThe day I walked I to this establishment, my life changed forever. I went from a low life nobody to feeling like I was on top of the world. This was far and beyond the greatest place I have ever went to, and I’ve been to many places including The Hollywood Sign, Empire State Building and to the Eiffel Tower. I encountered a charismatic and charming fellow by the name of Zara. Before I walked into this establishment, I’ve never had a drink of Starbucks in my life. Now, my bucks are made of stars with the amount of money I spend on the Grande Chocolate Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with cream and no coffee and extra crumble, and this was the suggestion of the aforementioned stud that is Zara. I look forward to her moving up to a higher status within this illustrious company and I am going to make sure to invest more money into my Starbucks stock as the company is only going to go up with Zara at the helm. The manager, Human Resources, employees and everyone involved have done a great job molding the Starbucks of Missouri City into the household facility it is today. This place will forever have a place in my heart. Thank you so much and God Bless you and God Bless Zara and God Bless Starbucks. Would also like to give a special shoutout to my people, Corey and Naomi, as without them working, I wouldn’t be alive today without my Starbucks chocolate...

This is an excellent location to be really productive in and as a grad student I appreciate these details. But it's also a great place to socialize, especially on the outdoor patio on a nice day....
