I order the same thing every time I go to Dunkin, and I always get a large iced matcha latte with less ice. Well, I ordered my drink and when it came out it was half full. The manager (?) there defended the half full cup, saying that with less ice there’s less drink too. I’ve never heard or seen this at any other Dunkin I’ve been to, like I said I always get less ice. So my question to the owners of this establishment: Are you really going to go bankrupt over a couple tablespoons of milk??? Shouldn’t the value of having repeat customers who leave happy be worth more than some milk?
It’s the same amount of matcha, 4 scoops for a large, and instead of your team actually following the prompts ON THE ACTUAL CUP, they fill it to the brim with ice and you’re left with less of a drink than you paid for anyway. Ice in a regular drink should not pass 3/4 full of the cup. There’s a little ice image on the cup itself to back this up. I mean really, my drink is already about $5. So I’m paying $5 for 99% ice, 4 teaspoons of powder and a half filled cup of milk. I just don’t understand how this greediness can be so present with the owners. And I feel bad for the workers, not the management whatsoever. Just the minimum wage workers who get barked at daily by angry customers over this ridiculous rule. Do better.
Edit: Don’t even get me started on the wait times if you dare step inside to order. They pretty much ignore everyone except for the drive thru. Also if you order a sandwich, expect a 30 min wait and then...
Read moreNever had an issue at this location. I’m also very aware of how busy they are everyday probably one of the busiest in our area. I think a little more understanding and appreciation of the people who are here doing the job to make us happier. Have always been greeted with kindness and is everyone perfect these days is what we really need to think about things happen let’s be a little more understanding and positive. All you see in these reviews these days is complaints and sadly the days of the customer is always right is out the door. No need to be so entitled. Be compassionate and kind it cost nothing. By no means at all is it easy to work in customer service our world has changed Tremendously has made it even harder at times. So thank you guys at Dunkin for doing what you do you are...
Read moreThe food and drinks are great, when you get them. They have the app to order for deals/points but half the time they don’t have the thing in stock, and then they NEVER refund it. If you ask for a replacement that costs like 20 cents more they freak out they can’t do that. One time they gave me two donuts as a replacement for a six dollar sandwich. Someone genuinely needs to do a class action against them; I’m so annoyed. I also tried contacting corporate, which is what they said to do at the store, and they just never responded. Just tried calling so I could order something with an offer to make sure they actually have it before I submit the order and their phone doesn’t work....
