Kiosk only. What kind of non-working employee McDonald's is this? No one is permitted to order from the register. You have to use the kiosk. This did not help anyone. I was there on 8/31/23 at 12:06pm. I was probably there about 15 mins. In this time, three of us stood in line to order. Only to be told we have to go to the kiosk to order. This caused the associates have to come and help all three people order from the kiosk because no one knew how to do it. All three of us were paying cash so then we had to print out a receipt take it up to the register so that she can cash us out anyways. What was the point? While we waited on our order two other people came in to order from the register and we're told they had to order from the kiosk, those two people said the hell with this; they left and said they would eat elsewhere. This is a terrible idea therefore I suggest not bothering to stop here. Pretty sure others feel...
Read moreI recently complained about the prices at Mc Donald's especially here in Hermiston and though I still feel like the prices are a lot higher than Mc Donald's in other cities and states, I have discovered the most affordable way to eat at Mc Donald's. Downloading their free mobile app from the Google Play store makes it much more affordable. You get a free sandwhich just for downloading the app. You must use mobile ordering to get the deals in the app. The deals change daily and weekly. I saved $5.00 the first time I used it plus got the free sandwhich. The deals are things like a Lg fries for $1, 50% off a Mc Flurry, $1 off any size shake, and some combos like 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks for $11.98. So I am bumping them up a 🌟 for the savings in the mobile app. (Note on the freebie, proceed to enter form of payment, no cc is needed as it may seem, and you will be able to place the free order...
Read moreAvoid this parking lot – unprofessional approach and poor customer service. I had a valid parking sticker from my workplace, which has an agreement with this parking facility. All of my coworkers also parked their vehicles there without any issues. However, I was issued a citation for non-payment by a parking attendant.
I was confused when I saw the ticket after finishing my shift and picking up my car. I contacted Diamond Parking's department and submitted a dispute to have the fine canceled. Over the course of two weeks, I tried to resolve the issue. Instead of getting a response, they increased the fine after just five days.
This goes against their own policy, which clearly states that the five-day countdown begins after a decision is made on the appeal.
Avoid using this parking lot if you want to save yourself stress and...
