B.C. Pizza Stanton — Restaurant in Stanton

I ordered a small pizza and a large order of wings from BC Pizza today. My order was made within 20 minutes and I was served with nothing but respect when I paid for my meal. When I returned home with my food, due to nobody’s fault but my own, I dropped my wings directly into the dirt of my unpaved driveway at my house. It was a very upsetting situation for me, it was the final straw of an already bad day that I’ve been dealing with. After all hope was lost and I felt truly defeated, I decided to call BC Pizza back and explain my situation to them. A lovely woman named Emily listened to what I had to say and had a lot of empathy for what had happened to me. Without question I was offered another order of wings in place of the ones that I had carelessly destroyed. The staff at BC Pizza is absolutely one of a kind, they treat you like a human instead of just another order. They listened to me, they cared about what had happened to me, and they made things right when they didn’t have to. If you don’t go to BC Pizza for the amazing food, then go for the amazing staff. I went there today for the 11:00 till 2:00 lunch buffet but when I got there it was 11:30 and the only thing out there was a salad bar even though the buffet started at 11:00 they had no hot food out there which is kind of unprofessional considering the advertisement is 11:00 till 2:00 you think they'd have it ready when you got there and even then the first thing I put out there was cinnamon sticks and breadsticks and not actual Pizza overall the food was good salad bar was acceptable there was no soup like advertised which kind of upset me a little bit it's December and it's cold out and I was looking forward to a hot bowl of soup to go with my pizza and maybe dunk my breadsticks in but there was no soup either I rated it 3 out of 5 Star overall cuz the food's good but little unprofessional preparation and I guess you consider it false advertisement but there wasn't even a sign saying sorry no soup they just didn't have soup. They were awesome! Found this place on a whim, it just happened to be the closest one near me! They were super busy, but treated us kindly and took our order quickly and perfectly! They didn't once act annoyed even though they seemed short handed. The food was up pretty fast despite how busy they were and they even gave us a dessert for the wait. We didn't ask, they just did it out of kindness! I was there to see them start to expand when I worked at the one in Roscommon a little over 20 years ago. I was there for their first expansion! And still, the food is the same quality it was back then! I'm happy to see that they've expanded all over the state! The chicken parmazetti is the best pizza ever made!!!
