We have been here many times and have had good experiences; however, this last time was terrible.

I had an out-of-town relative from Lansing here unexpectedly and there aren't as many choices available on Monday as other days. So we drove out of our way to go here and told her it would be good. I realize that you may be understaffed, but there were only 3 tables including us and a couple of people at the bar.

First off, I ordered a Captain and Coke with lime. When I got it, there was no lime and it was Jack instead. The waitress was nowhere to be seen. I also ordered water, but she never brought it. So I took my drink to the bar and the bartender said that the waitress couldn't remember my order, so she guessed. The bartender remade the correct drink.

It was quite a while before she took our food order. My relative specifically asked that her broccoli be well cooked and not hard. It came out barely cooked at all. She sent it back and it came back exactly the same and wasn't even warm. Her fish was good. My husband ordered a burrito. The cheese on his burrito wasn't even melted and it was lukewarm. He started eating it but it just wasn't appetizing. The waitress didn't even ask why he didn't eat most of it. My burger and fries were good.

She only refilled our drinks once and never asked if me if I wanted a second drink, as I was the only one who had a bar drink. I had asked her a second time for the water, but she never brought it.

I know that good help is hard to find right now. But that waitress os not communicating things properly to other workers or even looking at what she is serving and does not have your customer's best...

Great Prices Excellent Service. I asked the waitress what she recommend? If your looking for breakfest the omelets are great if your looking lunch the burgers are great and you can build them the way you want BUT we are featuring our Fish Basket and she HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT. So I ordered the fish as I was waiting several customers started coming in and most of them ordered the fish. My Fish came out (I believe the fish was Perch)and Man O Man there several HUGH FILLETS and a half a plate French Fries and a good helping of cole slaw. There were so many fish fillets they covered up half of the French Fries. The fish was crispy on the outside and Super Moist on the inside and it melted in your mouth. The FF Golden Brown on the outside and oh and tender and moist on the inside. The Cole Slaw I could have eaten a lb. of it. Never had to ask to have my coffee warmed up or my water refilled. All for $6.99 now you can't beat that. The restrooms were SUPER CLEAN and both the restaurant and Bar was Super Clean. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE...

If I could give one star I would. So disappointed my coworker decided to take me out after a busy day of us cooking at our own jobs. We order very simple items deep fried fish and chicken Alfredo, they messed up our drinks, and we waited 30 minutes, and they hadn’t even started out food. I am a cook and they told me it would be to stressful for them to put 6 more fish down when we order all you can eat, let me rephrase ME AND MY COWORKER ARE COOKS. There was 2 other tables, none of them had there food yet either. It is stressful what so ever and an absolute waste of my time to go there. I have served table of over 20+ at one time, they had 3 or more cooks, absolute disbelief. So disrespectful customers...
