Subway — Restaurant in Stanton

My review was removed for some reason. People need to know the truth. This isn’t the first time I have came in. This has happened most of the time the worker does not lie to me and they’re actually super busy inside. This is the second time the individual that is working has lied to me though The other day I was at Subway to place an order I went through the drive-through. The guy told me that he was busy 35 to 45 minutes later. Of waiting, I thought maybe he forgot About me So I was gonna pull around and then come back through so it would make his headphones go off When I did so, I looked in the windows and he was just standing there not a single customer in the building So then I pull back around why I pulled around the building. Another person pulled in. He made them wait 15 to 20 minutes to take their order mind you nobody was in the building placing orders. Then I pull back up and he asked me if I’m there for pick up or to order something and I said I’m here to order something. I was actually just waiting 45 minutes and I drove around the building to see how packed you were and I seen that there was nobody in there so I got back in line. He didn’t apologize. Two of the girls working were extremely sweet and kind. We had a fairly big order (4 of the same subs and a protein bowl) and the 3rd girl was rude to us before she started it, then a line started behind us and people at the drive thru and her attitude only got worse. She was throwing stuff around, giving nasty looks, we were trying to be as nice as possible but we left in a bad mood because of this employee. I feel like this isn't the first time I've had her serve me and she's very rude everytime. Her customer service was horrible and not only am I not impressed, I'm half tempted to just stop at Subway in Lakeview on my way home from work and eat cold Subway than deal with that rude girl again. This is probably the dirtiest Subway I’ve seen outside of the Deep South. The counter behind the glass never looks wiped down, and when workers lift it up to push crumbs down the trash chute, there is nasty crud. My sandwich artist lifted the counter, touched underneath it where all the crud was and then pushed crumbs from other sandwiches (who knows how old) down the trash. She then proceeded to continue making my sandwich without changing her gloves. When I complained, she politely offered to remake it but I was too grossed out and lost my appetite (I still paid for the sandwich and threw it away in the restaurant’s trash). Additionally, the veggies always have droppings of other vegetables inside of them; the meat, if overflowing, is hanging over into other meat trays. I’d be worried about cross contamination.
