Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Stanwood

I've been coming here for years and NEVER had an experience like I did tonight... I called in to order and someone answered the phone with "Little Ceasars, what do you want!?" I was quiet for a sec cause I was in disbelief and he hung up on me. I called back and asked who I had just spoke with, they wouldn't tell me, so I asked for manager on duty and was told he had stepped out... I told them what had happened and I could hear all the staff laughing about it in the background. Was told his name is Austin finally and they said they would talk to him... at this point I was nervous they would tamper with my food, so I had my hubs call in another order from his phone and his name... when I got there to pick up the pizza I asked for the manager on shift and the CHILD (didn't look a day over 16) came to the counter told me he was the manager... I again explained what had happened and he's smirking at me as I tell him, chuckles a lil, then proceeded to say sorry and he'd have a talk with him. I said the kids should be fired... completely unacceptable. As I'm walking out with my pizza he walks towards the other employees in back smiling and laughing. Needless to say I'll be calling corporate. I wasn't offered nothing for the inconvenience of all this either. I'm still...

EDITED TO ADDRESS NEW REVIEW: We are here now on Friday May 16th. It’s 4:52pm and the wait for a HOT N READY pepperoni pizza is 25 minutes. 25 minutes for hot n ready. That’s not ready at all. Little Caesar’s is a joke of a pizza joint. We could’ve had the local pizza place, Sahara, DELIVER pizza to our house in that amount of time. Please PLEASE heed my warning— DO NOT get pizza here.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Saturday late morning (11:20am) after a sporting event a quarter mile away I was told there is no pizza because someone just came and bought 6. Ok. Fine. How long until a Hot n Ready can be ready then? 40 minutes says the employee What about ANY menu item, how long for that? Was told 40 minutes. Took forever just to get the staff to come to the counter in the first place. We used to come here all the time. Something has happened to this location and not for the better. Horrible, complete lack of service. After "Ashton" the person I was told was the general manager dropped multiple f-bombs at me when I called, & then told me they don't care about what I think, I decided that the owner & the corporate office might want to know how this location is being run.
