McDonald's — Restaurant in Star City

Shut the Star City, AR McDonald's down!!! The one star says it all and I wish I could give them zero stars. The question is when is the last time they changed the cooking oil for the french fries? Or better yet how are the french fries cooked at the Star City, AR McDonald's? Are they cooked in the same way as the nuggets? The fries and nuggets are always terrible (always overcooked and never salted right) and I've had enough. I ordered the four for four chicken sandwich and I'm afraid to know what I put in my body besides the already unhealthy by nature fast food I was craving. The chicken sandwich had the worst after taste like it had been coated in hair spray or some other chemical before and after being cooked. I couldn't pin point the source of the bad taste in the sandwich but I think it was the patty. It may have been the bread, mayo or the lettuce. Everything was terrible like before, I tried them for the second time because I figured it was just a bad batch the first time. The sad part is the McDonald's here is one of the only fast food restaurants in Star City, AR and the only McDonald's there. The pictures say it all, get ready to see nasty. There's bad and there's terrible quality food. The Star City, Arkansas McDonald's is by far the most terrible quality food I have ever...

Ordered on the app, get there to pick up my order and had to request my drinks as the worker shorted me drinks. Get home only to find I only had 1/2 of my food. Tried calling 4 times and got no answer. Drove back and the manager on duty tried to argue she knew I had all my fries, I literally had 2 empty fry bags and no fries in bottom of the bag. I tell her what all I’m missing again ( nuggets and fries) only to still not receive all my order when she brought it back to me. Just gave up and decided arguing with her wasn’t worth my time as apparently she can’t count nor read a receipt. Food was also cold and drinks...

Customer service is problematic and the speed of service seems to be dwindling. Going in store is a nightnare but so is curbside. If using the app, be Leary of changes or additions, staff doesn't seem to be trained on it whatsoever...not much training on many situations. Never seen to have a functioning ice cream machine for cones or shakes. Must request ketchup and napkins which is such a pain especially on the attitude received for asking for condiments. Overall poor customer service which has been lacking...
