Mike's Place — Restaurant in Star City

First let me say I'm sorry that I can't say anything about the quality of pizza or ingredients as I did not make it that far. I placed a phone call on a Sunday at about 3 o clock and was met with the most ignorant, uneducated, distasteful, unwelcoming female voice who yelled at me " HI THANKS FOR CALLING TACO BELL". I laughed it off at first and asked if I could place an order for pick up and once again was met with the same uneducated voice that just said "HUH" loudly into the phone. She wouldn't allow me to place an order! After this experience I implore the owner to reevaluate his staff if he plans to continue a successful business. Otherwise she will continue to alienate customers, needless to say this one will never be back and I will also tell every single person I speak to in star city and surrounding areas about this unprofessional, profit losing, uneducated stunt. So my best advice is to skip this place and give the other pizza place just a mile down the street a call. Far superior service...

The pizza here has gone down over the years. They are using different ingredients than pizza pro. Cheese is way to greasy. We now eat red baron over the pizza places in star city. Quality of pizza at both pizza joints are not that good. We go to pine bluff or bryant for pizza now. This location is not even a pizza pro anymore. I want my pizza pro pizza 10 times better than...

Other pizza places can't even begin to compete with Pizza Pro. Everyone who works here is a delight, and the food is to die for! Skip those other pizza chains and come Support a family business.
