Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

On my way to work this morning at 6am, I got into the drive through line behind 2 cars. The first car ordered and went on the second car sat for about 5 minutes and pulled up to the window and sat there while I was at the drive through order menu we sat for 5 mins no one said one moment the car at the window drove off with nothing I waited another 5 mins and said hello to the speaker NO ANSWER. My husband got out of the car went to the door that was locked, the 2 employee's looked at him and ignored him. He came back to the car as 8 customers behind us left we sat another few mins I beeped my horn NOTHING NO RESPONCE. I pulled up to the window 2 employee's working completely ignored us. I beeped my horn they looked and ignored us again.i understand being short staffed but to not even acknowledge there were customers waiting not even say we will be with you in a moment is totally unacceptable. I will never again go to this Tim Hortons this is by FAR the worst experience I have ever had at ANY drive through. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed to have these disrespectful people representing my business. If I could give a negative score I would hive -10. I will drive as many miles as needed to not...

A very unpleasant place to go.. I love Tim Hortons and this one is near my work so I go there a few times a week. Many of my visits are disappointing. Tonight I walked into a crowd of friends/family of the girl behind the counter. She was already distracted and did not give the first customer the right change. Then I had to wait till FREE drinks were served to 3 friends/family in front of me. And then I was told that food is not served after whatever.. it is always a different time (although it says breakfast anytime before 10 pm), and I didn't even ask for breakfast. Or while friends and family were having some personal fights and arguments right in the coffee shop, and the girl went to participate in fighting and shouting beyond the counter. No wonder there was no time to make food. I grabbed my diluted latte, made my way through the fighting crowd, and was happy I was out of there.. On separate occasion I had to wait for the stuff for about ten minutes, because they could not see me, although I could see them VAPING in the kitchen! On the other hand, there is a hardworking night guy, you should make him a manager (you don't seem to have one right now), maybe this place still...
