I want to share my experience as a longtime customer of this establishment, which I can sadly say has come to an end. On June 28, at approximately 5:42 PM, I decided to treat myself to an ice cream cone, but what unfolded was deeply disappointing and frustrating.

For years, I have supported this local business, despite several issues I encountered during my visits. I've noticed a troubling pattern, particularly regarding food safety practices; I’ve seen employees handle food after operating the cash register without washing their hands first. This has made me increasingly uncomfortable, especially because on more than one occasion, my food has been undercooked. Nevertheless, I kept returning, hoping for improvement.

However, my patience was ultimately tested today when I visited the drive-through. The young lady who took my order was rude and dismissive, which was shocking given my past experiences. It seemed like there was an urgency to rush customers through, likely to serve the next person in line, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of proper customer service.

I also find the practice of parking customers in front while rushing them to finish their orders quite unsettling. This only adds to the overall negative experience.

Given the ongoing health department concerns and consistently poor customer service, I can no longer recommend this place. I urge others to consider these factors before choosing to dine here. It's frustrating to walk away from a local business, but health and customer care should always...

first time getting food food from here- I got the super burrito option- and opted for chicken- it was very sub-par the chicken was As expected and the verde salsa was delicious! though the whole presentation of the burrito was very anti-climatic, and seemed kinda sloppy 🥹 I figured a super burrito would be “thicc” and Tight and had lots of other filings, though when i got it… the tortilla was so loose most of the fillings were dripping out, the meat was so soppy from the broth? that the tortilla was slightly soggy- there wasn’t much in the burrito except a little lettuce, a little frijole, and a little cheese and a big serving of chicken- not much flavor over all though 😞 The filling wasn’t really even, more meat than anything, I don’t think 9.95 for the burrito was really worth the money- it kinda reminded me of a bean and cheese burrito from taco bell but thankfully a little larger- My bf got the beef tacos (x3) and he said they were delicious- wish i would’ve gotten those instead 😋 over all experience 2.5-3 - would come back for other items on menu but probably not the...
