First, Giselle was a great waitress! Very sweet and attentive. 😊 Now, this diner itself was not very good. Food was sub-par where most any diner restaurant you can go into will have great food. I ordered the Nachos from the Mexican menu and my friend ordered the fajitas. The Chips in my nachos were yummy Mexican chips, but the beans, cheese, meat, didn't cut it for taste or quality. They give you a Lot of toppings, but the quality is so cheap tasting that I couldn't even finish it. And we were shocked to discover that he carried No avocados, no guacamole for his "Mexican food". Not right. 🙄 So the fajitas did Not get served on a nice, hot skillet, just a regular plate so by the time my friend got less than half way through his food, the food was all cold. And that very quick chilling of the food came from the Freezing temperature that the owner Chooses to keep it at! I looked at the thermostat because we, and every other customer in that place, were too cold to even eat without our coats or jackets on. I asked if it could be turned up just a bit warmer and was told by someone else working there that the owner would not Allow anyone to turn up the heat in the winter nor the air conditioning in the summer so it always feels uncomfortable in there.. That's Disgustingly Greedy and selfish business practices and dag gone unprofessional to treat customers And the hardworking employees like that! It was so uncomfortable and the food was so below average that we will Never be back to this place. The 2 stars I did give are Only for our great waitress. You need to Treat your employees and customers with care and respect with the environment temperatures in that place owner sir! Shame for...

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the Huevos Rancheros. Absolute perfection! The eggs are cooked to perfection, and the ranchero vegetables add a delightful kick. The side of refried beans is creamy heaven, and the corn tortillas are just the right texture.

I visited Parkway Restaurant with my mother, grandmother, and wife, and we were looking for diner fare (as opposed to pub food). The wait staff was good -- friendly and attentive, but also forgetful of bringing a drink over until food was also ready. The food was OK -- it was mid-quality (overall good, but gristley pork and bland hamburger).

Unfortunately, the kitchen also got one of our orders wrong -- it was asked to have gravy on the side of a chicken sandwich. When we asked to have it fixed, they brought it back out with the gravy rinsed off the chicken. It was obvious because the gravy left a slightly yellow stain on the chicken meat.

I was disappointed in the way they handled the situation and will not be back...
