Very disappointed tonight!! Went threw drive threw seen that they changed there stuff on the menu which I thought was awesome!! I picked the sandwhichs I wanted for my boyfriend and I and we wanted to try the new cali steak, it doesnt show what all is on the sandwhich which we were will to try but then seen the price and the lady used the speaker to asked if we wanted guacamole we said no and then asked why the sandwhich was 18 dollars and we got no answer back so I pushed the call button and still nothing so I went to the window and then once we got to window she said our total and I asked why the sandwhich was so much and she was nice at first and explained everything and i asked well is there anyway we could change that order cuz I didnt know all that was on the sandwhich and she rolled her eyes and goes I can go ask. She came back to window and goes the lady making sandwhich doesnt know if it could be possible and I said oh well idk she was already making it and I pushed the button asking for help and no answer lady got rude with me and said well I didnt say anything pop up seeing you needed help so i said okay. The lady that was making the sandwhich said after everything do they still want the stuff or not and the lady that was at window goes ya she doesnt care so I said num ya I do care I dont want it and then said well she already put the stuff on so sorry. I will more longer be going to this subway very upset spent 30 dollars today and got rude service!! Plus my sandwhich I got the chicken bacon ranch and the chicken wasnt even warmed up!! Will never be going there ever again and will not say good things...

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a black forest ham sandwich. The chicken sandwich was ordered with all of the toppings and the ham with select toppings. The ham sandwich came as ordered, but the chicken one came naked with no toppings and no sauce.
I called for help with my issue assuming there had been a mistake or a misunderstanding, but they insisted that it was my fault for not adding the toppings to my order via the touch screen system they have in the drive through. I added the toppings to each sandwich in the exact same way. I simply can't understand how they could feasibly argue that I could get it wrong for all of the available toppings on one sandwich, but using the same method somehow get it correct for only a few selections on the other.
I can not recommend this location to anyone and I will not be visiting this location until I know they have different staff and they can demonstrate that they have effectively...
Read moreI wish I could give this store less than a star. This subway has been going downhill lately. I thought it was maybe just going to bounce back but it hasn't. Tonight there were 6 cars in the drive through. We didn't move for FORTY FIVE minutes. No one came to the window, no conversation, nothing. 3 cars left in that 45 minutes and I STILL didn't get to the order screen. So we decided to go inside. Inside was DISGUSTING. Crumbs everywhere, pieces of meat in crevices, MOLDY HAM. They put MOLDY HAM on my daughter's sandwich. He didn't even see it! I had to point it out! And that's JUST today's situation. The last time I went they gave me soup that was very obviously old and burnt. Broccoli and cheese soup should not be brown!! And the time before that they gave us half of a wrong order. We got no veggies on a sandwich we asked for veggies on, got a sandwich we didn't ask for, and the wrong cookies. I used to love this subway. And the drive through made it easy but it isn't even...
