Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Steubenville

First off, I really enjoy their food. Most of the time, when they get it wrong, I still hand the driver a 10, and smile because it's not their fault. Not this time though! Yall sent me some coupons in the mail, so I decided to get something to eat. "Oh sir. Ehh. We don't deliver there anymore. Ehh." Excuse me? Since when? "Ehh. Umm. A a couple months ago" OK, I dig it. I'm on Bantam Ridge and employees are hard to find. Not a problem. I'll just order online and have door dash deliver it. Nope! Dominoes isn't affiliated with Door Dash. OK, still hungry, and now we're 45 minutes into the project. So, I have a 15% off coupon if I order online. Cool, I'll just go pick it up. Wrong again. Nowhere on the order page does it have a place for coupon placement. Just a place to enter a rewards card number. Cute. Now, I'm almost an hour into the process. I'm now driving to get my food and I get no 15% off. Welp, at least I know what to do with the coupons if I run out of toilet paper, because apparently, they are useless!!! OK, you just went from 3 stars to one. So, I pull up in the parking lot because I chose doorside. And I sat there....and sat there...and sat there. You get the picture. Finally, 15 minutes later, I back up and pull up to the window. Low and behold, my food had been sitting there the whole time.... getting cold. Outstanding!!! This whole new system yall have, either sucks, or you need people who literally have a clue as to what they're doing. Once again, useless. Now, I'll never call again. P.S. Looking through other reviews, it appears thar all negative reviews are involving the inability of your employees to do their jobs. Maybe that's a hint? Maybe not! I'm also not impressed by the "now acceptable" thing of people waiting on folks with giant hooks hanging from their noses! That's a...

Nice Employees friendly, inviting atmosphere even when just going in to pick up an order. And on a plus they also are capable of filling the orders in a timely manner along with the added bonus of the food being well prepared, cooked and maintained properly, and wasn't any complaint or chore trying to eat the food they'd prepared. Only complaint is more of a question and that being why is it that your no longer delivering food up on state route 213 Steubenville side (Pleasant Hill area)? For years your driver's delivered to my door on Twp Rd 381 and for that I gladly tipped for that convenience alone. But lately won't even allow for an order to be placed online if the delivery option is selected, so if that could possibly be of concideration to expand your delivery services back up this way which isn't even a 15 minute drive at our areas bussiest of traffic times that would certainly increase my likelihood of placing orders at a more routine...

This place either needs new management or close entirely. I have never had so many consistent screw ups with ordering out dominoes. This is at least the THIRD time I have received a pizza without any sauce (Alfredo). Although yes alfredo can goo-ify with the cheese that may change the consistency, but that was not the case. What's more upsetting is they almost seemed offended by even claiming an order was wrong. We opted for a new pizza anyways and even paid the delivery fee instead of driving back to pick it up. I was desperate. The delivery driver was nice, but lo and behold they have messed up the order once again. We literally confirmed with them that they were looking at our receipt and that they would remake it how it was. Nope. Worst dominoes I've ever experienced, which is sad considering it's a company that typically takes strong pride in...
