Subway — Restaurant in Stevenson

Just left this location. I would give it more stars because some of the employees are really great. I am in this location almost everyday for lunch and there is one young lady that never washes her hands or looks like she doesn't even bathe. She came out eating today and didn't wash her hands. I asked her (were you eating seafood?) Hoping she would get a hint but, all she did was put gloves on.. Then she rings up that order (I had 2 orders), she comes back to make the other order and still doesn't wash her hands and didn't change gloves. I stopped her and said "I'm sorry but can you at least change you gloves". That's crazy that you would touch everything even your face and not change gloves at the least. I will be walking out everytime I see her in there if she is the only one to make something. The other lady's in there are...

My daughter just left there... she ordered a sweet tea and Dr pepper and when she got to the window they informed her they didn't have sweet tea or the Dr pepper, so obviously since she paid for both drinks she asked for her money back on the drinks where the girl said no. And it would take 20 minutes to brew a tea. And my daughter hates conflict and it took everything in her to ask about her money back. This was her n her husband's dinner and they don't splurge often and both deserve to splurge all the time. So I'm here to say if a customer asks for a refund for the item she paid in full for and u don't give her just give the refund!!! Very poor customer service there!! Do better...

We were both really looking forward to a Subway sandwich. This was the first of two attempts. The lady behind the counter did not cover her nose with her mask. She is hanging over and breathing on our food. With this pandemic going, that's not acceptable. I looked on Subway's website for a place to give feedback and found nothing except a complicated form. I wanted silent feedback just to let them know there are customers out there that will not tolerate lack of a proper mask. I wish that person well but she needs to change her habits to keep everyone safe. There was no subway...
