The people in Stillwater would complain if the King of England came to town that his crown wasn't nice enough. **use the walk up window, fraction of the time and less emissions. This is why we can't have nice things, and why this corporate entity will shut down before making employee changes. If you had a brain, you'd read down and see the PHONE NUMBER to call, and if you cared you'd dial it up.

Now to actually review the place. There are so many delicious shakes it'll take me a year to get through the flavors. I love it! I'm actually NOT a coffee drinker, I go for the non-coffee servings. I will never get bored, ever with this establishment. I'm so grateful you came to our side of town, which has nothing (and now I can see why). I love getting a Dutch Bros treat 😋 🙌🏼 😍 The staff are always very delightful and happy to see you. The facility and grounds are clean. 5 stars for me! Yes, you are under-staffed, but I also know staffing reflects the sales...sales would be higher with more staff. Your drinks are superior, you just need more hands to make them.

Also, the MUFFIN TOPS are HUGE. I ordered 2 not realizing the size. 1/2...

We were the only customers. Came through today for the free drink float. Were asked what we wanted and we responded that we didn’t know just yet. She shut the window. Not 30 seconds later (still no one else there) and she says “ what do you want” we order, she says we don’t have it. Tell her one thing and she takes the order, scans my app. Acts irritated that she has to scan the app. Makes the WRONG ORDER. And then says “have a good day” with a crappy tone. And never offered the drink float. So we asked about it and she reluctantly handed one. Worst experience I’ve ever had. As a loyal Dutch mom, this was supposed to be a treat....

So poorly managed. Seriously one of the worst managed drive thrus I’ve ever seen. I’m a general manager in the hospitality industry, and I would be mortified if my store ran like this for a single order, much less every single day.

Be prepared to wait 10-30 minutes for a coffee. Seriously, this is not an exaggeration-and this is not an outlying instance, it is every single day.
