This is the second year in a row we had our company Christmas party here. (I have to say neither time was by my choice) I shall start with this year, on 12/9/2018 since it was almost a complete repeat of the following year: The area they had "Prepared" for our group was filthy, food all over the floor and under the tables as well as on the chairs. The owner of our company was less than pleased and requested to speak with the manager, when he came out she talked to and showed him what she was referring to , all he had to say was “yes, there is food all over the floor, and no there shouldn’t be.” The service left a lot to be desired as we had one and on occasion a second waitress, many glasses went unfilled frequently, now onto the appetizers ....... we ordered several as we had a medium size group (about15-20 people), The Crab Stuffed Mushrooms were almost raw, the Fried Mushrooms were also almost raw and hardly fried, they were soggy, The Freddie Paul’s Original Yard Birds, had under cooked bacon, nothing like getting a mouth full of soggy bacon that feels almost raw when you take a bite, on a good note they did not manage to screw up the cheese fries. The majority of the flat ware was dirty and when they served the main course they handed several of us what looked like used steak knives they were so dirty. On to the main course…….For my own meal I ordered the Petite Tender Medallions cooked Medium, when delivered they were so rare there was blood coming out of them, The person across the table from me ordered the same, cooked Medium and again they were Rare, the person to my Left ordered the Center Cut Sirloin and requested it Medium Well, his was delivered as rare as mine, The person to my Right (also the owner of our Business) ordered some type of chopped steak with gravy & mashed potatoes, got her dish, cut into the meat, after taking her first bite she discovered hair under the meat she just ate, upon closer inspection there was hair on the top of the entire patty type meat as well, she flagged down the waitress, showed her the dish and of course had it removed, shortly after that the manager (whose name I sadly forgot to get) came out and said “So sorry you found hair in your food, would you like another plate?” which she declined, (I don’t know about you, but once I find a hair in my food, my appetite leaves me) as did hers, he said fine and left. Don’t get me wrong, there were some meals that turned out just fine, but this is way too many to just let it go by without writing a review, as well as the conduct of the manager. When all was said and done, and they brought the bill out the manager came over and said “I didn’t charge you for the plate with the hair in it” and left, he did not even make sure the person who was going to be paying the bill (also the person whose plate had the hair in it) heard him. When we gave the server the payment, the owner requested a receipt and asked that the manager bring it, when he did she told him she was less than pleased with the entire evening, and the fact the only thing they did to offer any type of compensation for all of the conditions of the facility and errors with the food was not charge her for the meal she did not eat, and told him she would never be patronizing their facility again, his reply was and I quote “ That’s too bad, but it is your choice” which at that point (as I was right there) could no longer keep my mouth shut and mentioned that this was the SECOND year in a row we came here and dealt with many of the same problems, dirty facility, lack of service, and sub-par food which he basically ignored, I then requested the name and number for the General Manager, which he said was Brian, but was not allowed to give out his personal number as he was also the owner, said he could be there tomorrow (Monday) at 10:30 AM and left. What a way to keep clients that spend over $500.00 in one evening alone, not to mention future business from any one of the group. I wish I had taken photos, and then I would not have to have written a single word of...

I would rather starve then go here again... we used to come here a lot every weekend we would come here great breakfasts. Now, since they have a manager named Heather and GM Skyler they together offer the worst dining experience I have ever experienced in my life. We went in ordered coffee and asked for a specific creamer the waitress asked how many do we need exactly. First I was taken back, I don't know how many creamers I am going to use through out my meal. She then proceeds to state that she has not had a table that has had more then one cup of coffee.. come to find out why. Its not because they don't want another cup of coffee its because once she brings your drinks, and takes your order you will NEVER see her again. So, before our waitress disappeared she took our order, I ordered a simple biscuits and gravy that is supposed to have bacon crumbles on it and a side of has browns. My husband ordered their smothered biscuits and gravy with over medium eggs. We are having a fairly enjoyable time despite after some time our coffee mugs go dry and no one in sight to get a refill from. So we move on to our ice waters. Our meals come out delivered by another waitress. I look at my biscuits and gravy they are barely covered in fact the sides of the biscuits have no gravy, and no bacon anywhere to be seen. My husbands eggs were well done, no yoke to be seen its dryer then the dessert. I pointed this out to the waitress who brought our food. She then tells us you have to pick if you want sausage or bacon gravy. The bacon crumbles are not part of the gravy choice I pointed out its supposed to come on top regardless of which gravy choice. She then grabs the menu and disappears for 5 min. before we could mention my husbands eggs. I took a bite of the biscuit and barely there gravy it was so cold I could not even finish eating that bite. I then look at my husband who is trying to make due with his meal he could eat anymore after a quarter of the way through it finally she comes back. I ask to speak to a manager. The manager walks right by and helps other people and after about 10 min a gm comes out he asks whats the problem we tell him. His only comment was " can I take your plates from you" walks off and we sit there in shock for 5 min then the manager Heather comes up puts down a check and walks off. We look they charged us for his meal and our coffees.... What type of customer service is this? lets see how bad we can make your experience. So, I go up to the manager and ask her what this is about... she has the audacity to tell me Your going to pay for the entire thing or I will call the cops!! I am so flabbergasted by this womans customer service skills never have I been so rudely treated by a manager. I walk away the Gm comes back out skyler and his entire attitude towards it is " I have not heard any complaints about her, I was not here to witness it so I can not speak to this. I am sorry you had a bad experience I can't do anything about it" this kid looks like he is maybe 21 if that and he then stated " I am busy and don't have time to process what this situation is about I am behind on the sunday buffet" We paid the bill and left. We will never ever go here again. This place has fallen to crumbles with the staff that is being hired to run this place. It's really unfortunate this used to be a really good place to go and enjoy a meal. I mean yes it was hit and miss on if you had really good food, or decent food but it was fun to go to and enjoy the staff that used to work there. Now your lucky to get edible and semi attentive service. But then again when you have a GM and Manager like that what can you really expect here. My best advice DO...

Raegan and I visited Freddie Paul's this evening. I wanted to update my review as I had a T-Bone steak that is probably one of the top five T-Bones I've ever had. The tenderloin part of the steak had great flavor, and was so tender that it pulled apart. Just amazing. The strip part of the steak was very tender (butter knife and fork) and also outstanding. My baked potato was perfect. Raegan didn't fully enjoy the scampi this time, it lacked the garlic flavor and was "watery". She says they weren't bad, just not what she expected compared to what she had before.
We had Crème brûlée for dessert, outstanding. I had a brisket fries appetizer. Most of that, and part of the steak, came home with us, and I'm already looking forward to having those for lunch tomorrow. The staff, especially our server, were super nice. Still five stars.
This was our second visit to Freddie Paul's. I think we went there the last time in 2014. I took my advice from that visit and didn't get a $30+ steak.
Raegan got shrimp scampi and liked it a lot. I got a brisket sandwich was was great! Erin got a sirloin that was decent and was too much for her to eat, so I helped :). Fiona got a the fettuccine plate and liked it. We also got some onion straws (outstanding).
A very good meal for the four of us, and this time the cost was more reasonable due to not get $80 of ribeyes....
