We took the prix fixe menu. Overall we had a great experience.

The cuisine is gastronomique, and compares favorably with one Michelin star restaurants. However it was a little bit too ambitious for my taste with too many flavors. Another disappointment was the micro dosage of the sides which made them too subtle to be appreciated.

On the other hand, the service lacked of training and attentiveness. Although considerate, our waiters did not meet our expectations because of several faux pas. First, the cutlery were miss-positioned / misaligned all the time. Next, when bringing the rabbit, my waiter left without removing the cloche. Luckily, the other waiter noticed my embarrassment and removed it. Then, our waiters mixed still water in our glasses filled with sparkling water although we told him before to wait. Finally, the description of the dishes was too laconic.

The atmosphere and the settings were great, but the cutlery was a bit cheap for this kind of place. In particular, the laguiole knife I got for the venison was of poor quality, did not have teeth and could not handle the meat next...

If you are looking for a fine dining experience look no further. What an experience for the Holidays with their beautiful decor inside and out. My food was fantastic and I’m still thinking of the arugula salad and pasta. The service was more than eggar to make sure you were enjoying yourself. Food was bland. The foie gras was out of a can. The only desert choices were sorbets.The waiters wore polyester suits and their id tags were cheap and pinned crookedly.
