My friend and I went there for dinner the other evening. The sineage was not very obvious so we had to ask for the location. There is no parking specific for the restaurant so you have to park wherever you can. Although the food was ok, the portions definitely did not fit the price. I had noticed that there were a few " Plate' items on the menu which means it is usually a better deal because they will "come" with something...well, the Plates didn't come with anything and if you wanted a salad, it was 2 bucks extra. We got served some bread and olive oil while we looked at the menu and there was only 3 tiny pieces of bread in the basket...something that you would give to a child, not 2 adults. I ordered the Stromboli figuring it would be somewhat filling because it's made with bread and my friend ordered the noodles with the alfredo sauce. When our food came, they both looked like you could have made them yourself in your kitchen. My Stromboli was served in slices on toasted french bread and my friend's noodles were just enough to feed a child and both items were cost $12 and $13..So Not Worth it... my friend was Still hungry after we left! Needless to say, we will not...
Read moreOrdered chicken alfredo and a piece of garlic bread to go yesterday and the alfredo was so dry, literally only got 4 pieces of chicken which would have been find if it wasn’t just tossed on top. Never really review places and I’ve worked at restaurants before and realize sometimes the cooks are just off their game but it was really disappointing. Paid 20 dollars for dry alfredo, bread was worth it though. I don’t know how to add a pic on here but if i could i would.
UPDATE: Dine in is a billion times better, SO GOOD. Our server was so kind, the food is amazing when it’s fresh. Went from giving 1 star to an update of all 5 stars, a little pricey but so worth it. The mozzarella sticks are great and I had spaghetti but wish I could have gotten my bfs shrimp alfredo,...
Read moreThis is my first review of a restaurant, too bad it is a poor review. Traveled from La Vernia to Stockdale for a nice Valentine dinner with my family.
1.Food took about an hour to get to the table. Waitress said they only had one cook. Should have warned us about the delay when ordering. Place was not crowded. Meals should come with a salad. It should not cost $1.99 extra. And when it came it was small. Two of us ordered Seafood Alfredo for $17.95. Portion was small and only lukewarm. It had only three medium shrimp and no scallops. Shrimp and scallops were stated in the menu. Waitress was very slow refilling our water glasses. When paying I did not receive an itemized bill, only two copies with the total, tax and...
