East Main Drive-In — Restaurant in Stockton

I went with my son to have a nice outing. We ordered $30 worth of food . We ordered food to eat there it was still packed to go. We ask for paper trays for our food it seemed to be a complete issue for the person at the other window. We were given one sauce for our entire order of $30 . The food was lukewarm and not fresh. It was over cooked as if it had been under a heat lamp for hours! I asked for a refill on my drink because the cup was small and full of ice, she wanted to charge me a price that was half the price of one of the meals. We were given 5 tiny napkins for our entire order. At this point I was scared to asked for anything else because it was either received with attitude or and extremely high price. It was very apparent that we were not welcome here. We were very nice and polite didn’t say anything about the situation just took mental notes . We wanted to order dessert but the experience was so a disappointment at this point we opted for something...

Order what I thought was a simple order, 3 hamburgers 1 cheeseburger and 2 fries. When I got home I was missing a burger. I called to tell them I was short a burger, someone answered the phone said they stop taking orders after 7:30pm and hung up. After the fourth time calling I was able to tell them I was missing an item. They told me to check the bag it was under the fries(they weren’t).They asked me to take all the food back to check the order for me. At this point the food was already being eaten, I wasn’t going to take away food that people were eating just to prove I was missing a burger. East main you owe me a burger or $6. Count your items...

A few days ago we drove across town to East Main Drive-In to get food!!! It was pretty busy, so it took a while for the food!!! I didn't eat anything there, because they only have fried food and that's not what I eat, but my family does!!! We ordered food for three people and then waited in the truck with our buzzer!!!

We picked up the food from the window and drove home!!! We got all the way to the house and saw that the order was short one whole meal!!! This had everyone was in an uproar, because the hunger was real!!! I'm not sure if we'd ever be back over there, that one experience...
