"We visited during peak evening hours (around 6:30 pm) and were disappointed to find limited protein options available. The pans were dry and empty, resulting in a slim selection for our group. Given the popularity of the establishment, it might be beneficial to manage inventory and staffing to ensure a more consistent experience. The price point ($57 for three people) seemed steep considering the options. Unfortunately, this may deter us from returning."

I ordered Hummus Republic for the first time ever tonight because I wanted hummus and WOW. I am beyond impressed with everything I ordered. Very fresh ingredients and everything is healthy.

I ordered a lemon chicken bowl, pita chips and hummus, and a side pita. I am ALWAYS going to order the hot pita chips and hummus. You get to choose up to 5 flavors in the hummus bowl including one that is feta based and taziki. The chicken bowl was very flavorful and healthy full of fresh ingredients I got to choose. I should have added the beets LOL I really wanted it.

The quality of the hummus is outstanding, the pita chips were still hot when they were delivered and they were still a bit soft on the inside but perfectly crispy on the outside especially the edges. Never had that before!

The bowl I ordered is HEAVY bro. The amount of sauce is far beyond the standard small side serving you would normally get if you ordered a plate. If you like a lot of sauce, this is the place to order from!!

Today I was a bit disappointed today. I've gone a few other times after my first visit, and one of the times I had my son go pick up a mobile order, and he was ignored by an employee. Today, my husband picked up my mobile order. I ordered the hummus dip container, and my husband asked for a fork, and the employee said, "Why do you need a fork, its just hummus?". I thought that was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I really enjoyed their food, but I'm disappointed over the last 2 visits.

The guy that made mine and my sons order today was awesome! Very polite, and provided amazing customer service. Will definitely be going back. The food is flavorful. It is on the pricey side but it's definitely a healthier option to a lot of fast food offered...
