Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Stockton

For anyone local to the Stockton area I would suggest thinking twice before pulling into Sonic to eat. After Saturday night's experience we will never be back, a quick run for ice cream with friends was our only plan after a fall party at church. We all parked and got out at the pavilion to order before I could get a word out to order we were cussed out and asked to leave over the intercom by the manager. Apparently because kids were screaming into the intercom, which I assume was an intercom malfunction because 2-year-old son was sitting two tables away and I didn't even notice him making noise. Stunned we all looked at each other and figured that we didn't need to eat there anyway, so we got in our trucks and before we could pull out of the parking spots the general manager came out and cussed out further. I've never had an experience like that in my life occasionally you run into somebody who's not in a good mood but never anything out of the blue like that. We should have noticed only two vehicles in the parking lot on a Saturday night which is unusual for Stockton. We did call and file a complaint with corporate but have failed to hear back from them, We did have the general manager call us from Stockton and promise to get back with us but we have not heard...

Given how many times we have been to sonic, you would think that at least 2 out of 5 times you would have a good experience. This is not the case in stockton. 4 out of 5 we normally get something wrong with our order. My latest experience was the last though. I pulled up with my list of food, pushed the button, and waited for my turn. Noticing that they were very busy, i figured it would be a bit.......i waited soo long that the push button had timed out! I had to push it again. It was at this time that another customer pulled in beside me and pushed her button after a bit. To my amazement, after a few minutes, they took her order!!!i had waited twenty minutes... What's up with that!! Shortly after taking her order they came on the speaker to take my order.. To say i was nice would be a lie...i have had enough..i don't want to call everytime i get home to feed my family,after spending soo much money to eat out ,just to find out the order is wrong.AND i don't want to wait for twenty minutes to order than wait another twenty minutes to get my food!!!i got to sonic at 8:09,i called my wife to tell her what happened and why i was going to be late, after placing out order at 8:28.i received my food and pulled out at 8:45.. Worst place ever I ordered a number 4 witch is a super sonic dubble cheese burger and said I wanted it to be a large combo and said I wanted the fries and also order a footlong chili cheese coney with large order of cheddar bits and I get my food and fund out they gave me a medium fries and a medium cheese bits carhop asked if everything thing was OK and I said no I don't have my large fries that come with the number 4 large combo or my large cheese bites the car hop gose inside and comes back out and says you guys can keep the medium sides but ill have to pay for the two large side and charged me an extra 20 bucks when I already paid for the large combo so when I left I called to talk to a manger the manger Amanda got on the phone and comes to say that there nothing she can do about it cause the girl is new and then hangs the phone up so when I call back now she refuses to talk to me we'll apparently she 5 years old cause she cant be an adult i will not be going back to this place i don't order food from people that want to act like there 5 years old i will be...
