I ordered a veggie patty sandwich from Subway, and when the Dasher went to pick it up, they said they donāt carry that anymore and asked me to cancel the order myself. If I canceled, Iād still get charged for food I never received ā how does that make sense? When I said I wasnāt canceling, they suddenly offered to make a regular veggie sandwich instead, but then refused to issue the price difference.
