Me and my 6 year old son pull up to this location around 6 pm or a little before. We walk in behind a gentleman who apparently worked at another store because they began talking about how busy they were for 15 whole minutes. The boy (Tyler) who was working at this location then called out to the other employee "It was starting again." She comes dragging her feet from the back with an I hate my job look. As I am listening to them complain about "why does everyone want to eat Subway right now?" (AGAIN 3 PEOPLE IN LINE) The girl employee (Savannah) then looks at me and said are you going to get a sandwich? I am dumb founded. I look at her and said yes, actually WAS planning on getting 3. She then said, "Well, the line starts over there." At this point, I am irritated that my son is having to see these people treat customers like this. So, I asked, "Were you just complaining about actually having business?" She said "What!? No, that was just a joke between me and him." I followed with "well it's not really funny" and got their names. My son and I left the restaurant without any sandwiches. I sat in my car for about 5 minutes, debating whether I should just suck it up and get my family some food or go somewhere else. I then look back into the restaurant and what do you know, they are laughing and talking, even glanced out at my car once or twice. That was when I made the decision to leave and NEVER go back. They had no remorse. They did not care how we were treated. Both of these employees...
Read moreYour money is good anywhere I highly suggest making the trip elsewhere. Besides not accepting coupons which they have the right to do. My experience today was a little unsettling. The sandwiches have become very thin, but the price continuously goes up. Call it inflation call it whatever you want. I used to work for Subway as first job many years ago and I ordered a roast beef foot-long. Typically that means I would get five slices of meat. Well, somehow that became 3 1/2 half. I’m sure the quantity has changed but so has the quality. I’m standing there and watching the employee rip my meat apart with their hands to make it fit on my sub really shows how much the franchise owner has become very stingy. Of course the employee had gloves on. Also monitoring on the amount of condiments that they put on it is over the top micromanaging. Also, they had an electrical outlet without a cover right in a booth that you would sit at. Would it be something a child stuck their finger in it then I don’t think he would be worrying about how many pickles or onions you...
Read moreThis location is close to my job so I frequently come in. Today I came in and noticed a young man with long hair and ripped Jean's and sneakers. I dont judge a persons appearance by any means but when you work with the public you should come with no holes in your jeans, and hair in a hair net. As the team is assembling my wrap the other Male working is just slapping my wrap together. At checkout I noticed the floor was really sticky so I mentioned it to the cashier and he made excuse after excuse about how they had a lemonade spill earlier and lemonade takes forever to come up off the floor. Now, I've worked in the service industry before for 5 years and let me tell you, lemonade is not that hard to get up. It sounded like whoever mopped it just didnt try that hard. When I had gotten back to work and pulled my wrap out of the bag, there was no paper wrapped around it, just napkins. I had recently read a comment that said everyone looked "high as a kite" and they do. Please get better management...
