Wings Factory — Restaurant in Stonecrest

I went to the Wings Factory today for lunch. The restaurant itself seemed dingy and not the cleanest. Old tables and a couple of small dead roaches on the bathroom floor. The customer service was "meh"-not rude, but not welcoming. I ordered the 10 wings combo, extra crispy. The person cooking interpreted "extra crispy" as near burnt. The flavor of the sauce (honey garlic parmesan) was barely detectable. Overall, if I am desperate, it's not the worst option, but if I had the time to drive to a better...

I will never go back again! I ordered a 30 piece wings and fries. I told him i didnt want a drink. When i got my food there were not any fries, just wings. I asked where were my fries and he said since i didnt want tte drink he thought i didnt want the combo. I asked him to refund me and ring me up to get the combo and he said he couldnt do it. I wanted the combo price but didnt want the drink bc it was cheaper that way and he wanted to charge me more money....

Typical wings and philly restaurant. The food is good and they have a couple twists on traditional items. I normally get a Philly; either the hot spicy Philly with fries and a drink or a buffalo Philly with fries and a drink. Wait time is never long and the food is good.
