I waited at the speaker for 7 minutes and didn’t hear a “I’ll be right with you” or anything. I backed up and pulled forward again thinking they may have missed the “beep” as I am very familiar with the process for the employees. I waited there another 5 minutes and then decided to pull up to the window. The woman at the window asked if I had ordered, I told her the situation and that I wasn’t able to order at the speaker so I wanted to order at the window. She rolled her eyes and shut the window Then opened it again, to tell me to wait a couple minutes and proceeded to stand at the window with her back towards me. Then when I finally ordered it, it took another 10 minutes to receive my beverages. At this point there was a line behind me about 2 to 3 cars.
