The view is spectacular, however we had multiple problems. We were the first ones in at lunch but the orders took a long time. It took an hour after ordering for our starters to arrive. One person was brought their entree as a starter. The waiter forgot the dressing, and spent a lot of time running from table to table. When the meals did arrive 30 minutes later, the fries were cold and the bread on the sandwiches were extremely soggy. The waiter had a hard time handing back our credit cards and wouldn’t look at them, instead asking us to each describe the card. There were a few other issues as well.
