Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stoughton

This Dunkin Donuts is astonishingly DISRESPECTFUL! I ordered five coffees and one of which was hot, but served as lukewarm. My friend whom it was for was understandable disappointed as his coffee was undrinkable. Upon returning to Dunkin's to exchange the coffee my friend said, "Hi, I think I was given the wrong coffee" and Jovi responded sarcastically with, "Yeah, probably not." And we pulled up to the window and the cashier; Malachi silently extended his arm with a coffee. No words had been exchanged since the speaker, so my friend asks respectfully if this coffee was meant for him, Malachi silently nods his head. My friend hands him back the bad coffee and that's when Malachi rudely dumped the coffee outside the window, splashing on the car we're in. This behavior is unbecoming of any establishment and I've never seen anything of the sort from Dunkin Donuts. I will not be returning untill they can figure out how to control...

I wasn’t going to even put a review on this Dunkin’ Donuts, but this Dunkin’ Donuts does not care about customer service. I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts daily on my way to work and every time I order an item that ends up being a problem I was ordering a Sabrina strawberry daydreamer refresher, and every day I usually get whipped cream on my strawberry refresher but today all of a sudden this girl said there’s a policy that you can’t have whipped cream on your refresher if I want to add sausage or bacon on my meal, The same girl gives me a hard time. I was having worst day ever. Feeling in crisis mode 😭 while going through the drive-thru of my everyday favorite Dunks. When I reached the pick up window for my order, is when I met a Angel named Karen. She used few words and yet was able to show me comfort kindness and compassion during my difficult time.
