Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Stoughton

A couple weeks ago I came in and had an amazing experience. There was a young girl, beautiful bright smile, enough to warm up the world. She was so well mannered and well spoken, communicated to me so effectively. I had a car seat, and my bags with my food. She left her work station to open the door for me. I did not think it was worth making a review about, because I did not know if it was just her presence or my jersey mike experience I appreciated. My experience today was expected to be mediocre. I was having such a difficult day. Once again I walked in and was greeted by the same girl, my day lit up automatically. The whole staff was great but this specific employee never fails to make me feel like i’m spending my money in the right places. I had a conversation with her today, and asked her for her age. I was caught by surprise when she said 17. I would have assumed she was 24 the way she carried herself. I say this to say, young people who value customer service, communication, customer satisfaction is so rare. This employee is someone you guys have to value and keep apart of your team. I’m not sure the young lady’s age but I will not be expecting that energy everytime. The location was spotless, and clean. There is also a whole new staff, not sure if this has to due with my experience but overall i’m so grateful. Please share this with the young lady if you are aware who i’m referring to. Let her know her smile is priceless and she is a true gem...

I went to the Stoughton, Ma location and had a HORRIBLE experience on the evening of 3/25/24. This story must be told. The staff treated me VERY rudely! There were no other customers in the store. There was a young lady who insisted on sweeping the floor all around me and acted as if I was a problem as I tried to order my sandwich. She kept moving the roller bins that held the chips. She did this 3 times!! I was practically swept away. Her attitude was very poor as well. The other young lady who prepared the sandwich was non personable and rushed through it and walked away abruptly. WHERE WAS THE MANAGER!? I will NEVER go back to this Jersey Mike's location again. I was treated poorly and the sandwich wasn't the best. Honestly 2 of the 3 young ladies should be FIRED for that terrible behavior. It appears that this location does not value customer service. HORRIBLE...

I walked in to place an order for myself and my kids. There was 3 people working and no one else in the place. One of the guys was making a to go order (I assume because there was no one else’s there) a girl was just standing there and she had earbuds in. The manager, was standing in the back room (like to the left side but he could be seen) my kids and I stood there literally for 7 minutes. No one acknowledged us or said “I’ll be right with you”. The guy that’s supposed to be the manager just stared at me then walked all the way in back. We waited about another 2 minutes before we just left. I guess the takeaway from this is to order online then just pick up. Seriously just horrible service. Being a business owner myself, I have a high standard for customer service and Jersey mikes in stoughton...
