On Feb 3, 2022, around 8:35 pm, I went to this Stoughton McDonald's. I ordered three medium fries, three double quarter pounders and three regular cokes for three youngsters that were in my car. I then added a diet Pepsi for myself because of my diabetic concerns. McD staff gave me ALL regular Pepsi (no diet coke for me) and did not give us the fries we'd ordered. We did not notice the error until we had driven almost five miles out of Stoughton. Because the kids had been playing basketball and were really hungry, they insisted that I drive back and get the fries we hadn't been given. As inconvenient as this was I swung around and drove back. Upon arrival I told the manager as respectfully as I could that my order had been messed up. She gave me a bad attitude and did not even apologize for the mistake made by the restaurant. I gave her back the regular coke they'd given me and asked for a diet one. She went and got me another and when I tasted it, it was regular coke still! She began to tell me that I ha asked for regular coke not diet. When I denied it, she flew off the handle and said she heard what I'd said, and that's why she bro that me the regular coke. Surprised I said, "Miss, would I order regular coke with all its sugar content when I have diet restrictions and can't have it?" Even the kids I was with said I had ordered one diet coke. So I told her, "Ma'am, it's ok, we all make mistakes. Why don't you just give me the diet coke so I can go home?" I was exhausted. But she went on talking in a manner that suggested I'd offended her. The kids I was with were my witnesses that I had asked for three regular cokes(because the coke was for them. They would have stopped me if I had ordered them a drink they hadn't asked for.) Because the manager wouldn't stop arguing, I gave up and told her it was alright. I left without my diet coke, still thirsty, with several miles to drive (Stoughton to Woburn) terribly disappointed about her attitude. Not once did she apologize for the error, despite my efforts to reassure her it's ok we all make mistakes. The kids I was with were shocked about her manner as well. I hope she does not continue to operate with this kind of attitude. It is sure to drive...
Read morePlaced a Mobile app order for curbside pickup. It wasn't brought out after waiting over 20 minutes. The location had all the doors locked preventing me from going in to get my food. The site was apparently drive thru only even though the app offered a carryout option and ENCOURAGED using the Curbside option. I tried to call and no one answered the phone. ultimately had to ask at the drive thru, over a car, about my food and received confused looks. Someone then said "oh, the curbside order?" and told me to get in the drive thru line wrapping around the building. I had an appointment to get to and at this point was now running late. I told them to just cancel my order and left.
The order was NEVER canceled/refunded.
I called the store the next day and they told me I needed to call Mcdonalds support for a refund. I contacted Mcdonalds support and they said the store needed to take care of it, they filed a report and said I'd be contacted by the store shortly. I was called a couple days later and told I would need to come in to the store to get the refund. I went to the location multiple times but the manager I spoke with wasn't there and no one else knew anything about it and claimed they couldn't do anything. After dealing with this for MONTHS I contacted Mcdonalds "support" AGAIN and they told me I'd hear from someone soon. Over 10 days and NOTHING except afew more "We're sorry for your experience" emails to add to the collection.
Now, nearly 6 months later - NOTHING! Mcdonalds has essentially STOLEN approx. $20 from me.
So IF you visit this site - don't place a mobile order because if you DON'T get your food you'll have to jump thru hoops for MONTHS to TRY and get...
Read moreI have never had an experience at this McDonald’s before that was an issue until today. There were so many kids there that rode their bike that all the bikes were blocking the door to even get out. The kids inside were also roughhousing so you couldn’t even get to the door Let alone get out the door because of the bike don’t get me wrong. The service was great. the people there were great sure it took a little bit longer cause there were so many kids there and the food is always McDonald’s food so always you know it’s good if you like McDonald’s, but the fact that it was not safe to get out the door God forbid there’s a fire people in there wouldn’t be able to get out McDonald’s really needs to figure out something involving the kids that bike there so that they can still enjoy the McDonald’s but the environment itself is safe for everyone involved not just the kids Whether that means they add a bike rack somewhere for the kids to put their bikes instead of piled up by the door where you can’t get out or have someone inside when there are kids there monitoring the kids cause if they start causing issues you know that’s not a good thing as I said I’ve never had an issue until today. I really wish I took a picture of all those bikes, but sadly I didn’t. There were a total of 11 bikes so close to the door that you could...
