Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Streator

Unfortunately there isn’t the option to leave zero stars, otherwise that’s what they would get. Our service this evening was horrible. We stood and waited to be seated for 5 minutes. We ordered right away and had to wait over 15 minutes to receive our drinks, which came out at the same time as our breadsticks and pizza. At that point we were just a few minutes from getting up and leaving. There were multiple dirty tables. While we were there, there was only one other table. However, they claimed their waitress was swamped and working her butt off. We had to go to the front to get our check and a box because our waitress had, once again, not been around. I called in personal pan with Italian sausage and diet Dr Pepper. Vincent told me it would be about $10. I reminded him of the lunch special . So he said wait a minute. So he re rang as lunch special.

Went to the drive thru gal came took money and gave me the diet Dr Pepper said pizza would be out in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later still wasn’t there. Got on the phone to see what was happening and they finally brought the pizza out.

Also asked for lunch special menu they don’t have one. I know that is wrong because I was in the store last Friday and they had all kinds of them by the register. Wasn’t to happy with...

The Big New Yorker X Wings deal was a nice way for me to try a pizza that isn't always on the menu and get something that I usually don't even think about from Pizza Hut. The Big New Yorker Was done exactly the way I wanted it and I have no problems with it. I chose Sweet Chili as my sauce for the wings and I loved it, but some of the wings were really small and still counted toward the 8 that you get in a serving, which made it not feel as worth it as a stand-alone item. Overall, a great deal, but that one detail gives this rating a 4...
