Taco Bell — Restaurant in Streator

I’m honestly baffled by how a place that sells cheap tacos can have such atrocious service. It’s like they’re actively trying to piss you off. I walked in thinking I’d grab a quick bite, but what I got was a master class in how to test human patience.

The line? A never-ending nightmare. Watching paint dry would’ve been more entertaining – at least paint doesn’t sass you back when you ask how much longer it’ll be. And the staff? You’d think they were all on vacation, judging by how slow and disinterested they were. Zero sense of urgency, zero apologies, just blank stares and shrugs.

After waiting what felt like an eternity, I finally got my food – cold, soggy, and nowhere near worth the price or the wasted hour of my life. If I wanted to feel this disrespected, I’d just stand in the DMV line for fun.

Taco Bell, if you’re going to charge me for fast food, the least you could do is pretend you care. I’m not asking for a Michelin-star meal – just a taco before I lose...

I called late at night. I had been drinking and told the person on the phone that. I said “I’m a little tipsy so i didn’t drive because im being Responsible but I’m walking through the drive through” and he said “that sounds like a you problem” and then he hung up.

Whoever this guy is he clearly hates his life and he shouldn’t be working here. Very rude and not considerate. I pray his life gets better and he isn’t so angry and so rude. All i wanted was some Taco Bell. If you’re reading this, I recommend finding God and mediating. I’m not sure what’s going on with your life that’s causing you to be a peepee head to customers but I truly hope It gets better. I know you’re a good person but cmon man. Do better. The food was ok, Taco Bell food, what I expected. They were very busy but the staff was nice, pleasant even. I ordered $49.94 worth of food, grandkids. So I ordered the 12 pack Cinnabon. Did not get it. We live over nlby Henry off 18, so its not like I can just pop over and get it, also didn't realize it until I dropped the granddaughter off. I am NOT ,mad or upset with the staff. It happens. I am FURIOUS with the inability to contact this Taco Bell. The number on the receipt just rings and rings and then tells me I can't leave a voice mail. WTH??? So I'm out the $5.99.. Not that much...but I feel as a customer I have no options. So...
