I come here sometimes. They have a good variety of ice cream. The service is okay. Sometimes when I go I feel like I'm being a little rushed. So I hurry up and pick a random flavor without barely getting a chance to look at what they have to offer because I don't wanna feel like I am wasting their time. Because I wanna look. because the ice cream flavors change. I mean, it is a good place to stop by. If you are in the pocono area. But I just hope other people will be able to get a chance to look at their menu before feeling like they are being rushed to order And it's not because it's always busy. Hi. I’m writing with the hopes that the manager / owner sees this and corrects this situation. We just stopped in on Sunday June 19th at 3pm — for soft serve and a milk shake. Soft serve was very good. But the milk shake was horrible. Texture was bad, tasted like milk. We brought this to the attention of the 3 people you have working there and they said we would have to buy a new one. Really?! They made a bad milk shake and we have to buy another one. No apologies. Drove past this place about 5 years ago and wondered why it was where it was... sort of near nothing for an ice-cream stand. On my trike yesterday, with excessive heat warning in the region, stopped in and realized why ice-cream (by the way, the soft serve twist was great) may give you the opportunity to both cool off and remember good times.
