can get crowded and annoying. and how long does it take to pour out a cup of custard for one person? like seriously, it's not uncommon to see one or two people waiting at the counter for nearly 8 minutes or longer.

there are cars that pull up onto the side of the road because the entrance to the lot is so confusing. the construction in the area doesn't help things, but that not their fault.
