Brier Hill Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Struthers

I been ordering from this place going on 17 years and over time it got worse i just order 2 and a half weeks ago and my burger and cheese cake was smashed and wrong and no sauce for my calzones they said we can replace your cheese cake and sauce but not burger i said wow really so i said just credit me for next time for what you guys will replace they said ok so just a week ago i ordered and ask for my credit they said theres none i just forget it and order and my wings was wet i got plain and they was real wet and out in the bag so i called about that and talked to the owner and she hung the phone up i will never in life order from there again and will let alot of people know not to as well if i order from somewhere it won't be here P.S. to the owner the costumer is...

Just ordered for the first time today and we will be back.... OFTEN! My husband said the man behind the counter was very kind and had good vibes. We ordered a Brick, a plain cheese, a pepperoni and a white with the banana peppers and this is the best pizza we have had around here in a long time! The sauce is sweet and so flavorful. The Brick had the toppings layered in so even though there was a very generous portion of toppings, there wasn't a lot of fall out. There was enough cheese and sauce and the crust is crispy, not greasy but so soft inside. I want to share pics but unfortunately we were so excited to eat, I didn't get to take a pic of the pizzas before the family...

At first, really liked this place. The food is good about 3/4 of the time..but the service is horrible. We order from here almost everyday and it always takes at least an hour to get our food...which whatever. But the last time it was an hour and a half for 2 burgers...which were cold by the time we got them. Not only that, but we ask them to call a specific number when they arrive bc we can't hear them knock through our door...so they call our old number...the one we keep telling them to delete and NOT to call. Then, w/out even attempting to call the correct number, they go back to HQ so they can charge us more to deliver cold...
