Stuart Scoops had everything going for it—delicious ice cream, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, we’re docking one star for each of our two dogs because they charge for pup cups.

At many other establishments, including Culver’s, Starbucks, Dairy Queen, Baskin Robbins and countless local shops, pup cups are offered for free as a small gesture that acknowledges pets as part of the family. Charging for something so minor—especially when others don’t—feels unnecessary and, frankly, exclusionary.

I wouldn't evwn rate it a one The strawberry banana smoothies were sour and flavorless, the young girls I was with didn't like them and they love everything they took a couple sips and when I told the girl working they were bad she offered no replacement and no refund, 14 dollars for something an 8 year old could make better at home.
