Burger King — Restaurant in Sturbridge

Personally I love BK but this one is definitely lacking. Specifically in the customer service aspect. 3 out of 4 times I've been in the drive thru has been "closed" at lunch time. Multiple times my order has been wrong and the assistant manager... well either she's a mute who cant even smile or just has absolutely zero customer service skills. No apology on an incorrect order. Not even a greeting was offered upon getting to the window or counter. And I have been ignored now multiple times at the counter before being helped by another member of the staff. Who have all been very polite by the way. This may fly with the passing by customers as this is technically a truck stop and I'm sure many customers don't return often but for the regulars who live/work in the area it's absolutely...

First of all when I went up to the counter I wasn't even greeted. Eventually somebody came and stood in front of me but did not ask me if I needed my order taken. I eventually asked if they were going to take my order and they nodded. They didn't seem to be able to figure out what I wanted to order ( a bacon egg and cheese for sandwich only) so then when they rang me up, they overcharged me. They had to get the manager to correct it. When I got my sandwich, it was dead cold. Basically they threw cold bacon cold egg and cold cheese on a bun, wrapped it up and gave it to me. My husband and I stopped at that Burger King and placed our order through the drive through. We had a gift card to use. When we pulled up to the window and was going to give the person she stated that they do not take Burger King gift cards. I asked her if this was something new because they did take them last year. We then got home and I had ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. The bread on the chicken was hard and the chicken was luke warm. I also ordered some onion rings.
