Subway

I have to edit my review. It had been 5 stars for over a year. It's gone down hill really really bad to the point I just go to the Richmond location only now. I think the biggest turn off is I pretty much get the same exact order every time (or close to) so I know how much money I'm going to pay. When I'm told my order is triple that amount when prices are clearly marked I do get a bit frustrated. I stopped going completely when that same person was prepping food without gloves then training someone with an open wound who was also not wearing gloves touching food. It is a shame too they used to have EPIC customer service and really good subs. I hope they change things around again because it really was a nice place. I went in recently to see if the place changed. Run. Just run. The staff dropped the trays right on the floor and began to start a new order with food on the same tray that was just dropped on the floor. I bolted I was not going to get...

Would give o stars if i could. Last time we got something from here online they separated the sandwiches and had them in paper bags. They were falling apart and most of the cheese was stuck to the bags. They were toasted when we didn't want them to be. Decided to brave it again. Online ordering was in and out but thats the only way to get the book deals. Got there to pick the food up and it hadn't even been started yet, and they were out if steak which we were unaware of until we got there. Employee was upset because they were trying to turn off the online ordering and orders were still coming through. Had to jump through hoops to get my money back. Will not be ordering from here again. I'll drive to Clay city or Richmond next time....

Was going home and didn't want to cook so stopped and was going to get it for something quick.
