really tasty burger. really tasty fries. pop in a can from a cooler. picnic table seating. doesn't get much better than this!

i have to say, i have been craving this exact burger for weeks, maybe months. i kept seeing the social media posts that made me drool. the entire 30 minute drive out to mogadore was pure torture as all i could focus on was my hunger. for weeks (maybe months, as mentioned prior), i tried to cure my burger craving with more convenient options, and while i came close, nothing really hit for me. until yesterday. i can finally rest for a while. the burger craving has been sassified.

the deets: i got the cowboy, no bbq, added my own mayo. the burger itself was not super juicy and a little more well done than i prefer, but the flavor was on point and i loved the plethora of toppings sandwiched between a sturdy bun that was the perfect size. the bacon was such a treat, perfectly cooked, and those grilled onions oh man. even though the burger itself was a 3, the entire sandwich was still a 5/5 easily. i finished the entire thing - which is not normal for me. and those fries- exactly the way i like them. crispy coated fries with some kind of seasoning that was reminiscent of a malt vinegar powder. maybe it's just salt? idk, but they're dang good.

bonus points for having pepsi and sprite, because we all know both are superior. no photos this time, we were too hungry. sorry not sorry. but...

TL;DR: Great food truck with some of the best tasting burgers I’ve ever had - definitely tastes farm-fresh. I had the cowboy burger and loved it. The market is great, reminds me of an old-school Amish market but way bigger. Great prices all-around, plus they had dog bones that my pup couldn’t get enough of. I will definitely be back, this place is a hidden gem.

A few more details: Big fan of this place - I had never heard of it and was surprised when we came for a family birthday and she said she wanted to go to a food truck that serves burgers (especially because the person who chose it is a health inspector, so it says a lot about the food truck and the state of the operation that she chose this place for her birthday). We have LONG been a fan of Duma meats. We have wanted to try their food truck out but have not done so until yesterday. The prices are comparable to many sit down restaurants and cheaper that a lot of others! My wife and I both tried their Cowboy burger and were thoroughly impressed. The flavor was great, the portion size was perfect. My wife got the single burger and I got the double. We both ordered the side of fries and let me tell you! I have a new favorite fry in my life. They were amazingly crunchy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside! Their dining is ALL out doors so if you are afraid to eat outside or in public then I suggest you order to go and eat it in your vehicle. The staff was as cordial at the truck as they are inside the market. We live about 25 minutes away BUT, if we were to move an hour or two away I would STILL go here !...
