Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Dunkin’ Donuts at 11930 Dairy Ashford Rd was frustrating enough to warrant one. I ordered donuts along with other items, and while still at the drive-thru window, I realized the donuts hadn’t been included in the bag. The employee only acknowledged the mistake when I brought it up myself—there was no apology, just a passive handoff of what should have already been part of my order.

The one donut I did receive looked as if it had already been handled—torn at the edge in a way that made it completely unappetizing. On top of that, the French vanilla coffee I ordered tasted nothing like French vanilla. It was bland and watery, not at all what I’ve come to expect from Dunkin’.

When I raised these concerns, the employee’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. No effort was made to fix the experience or show even basic courtesy.

I’ve been to Dunkin’ locations across the U.S. and even in countries like Pakistan, and this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had. The staff clearly needs retraining and the food quality needs serious improvement.

I came to this Dunkin location today to grab my free coffee along with purchase, which was supposed to be the 10 count munchkins and my free coffee order was an iced coffee with unsweetened vanilla flavoring and regular whole milk. Once I got to the drive-through window to pay for the order that comes with my free coffee, whoever took my order was at the window and asked me if I remembered what I ordered. I let them know that I just placed it and that it was a free vanilla iced coffee with regular milk and munchkins. They then told me rudely that a lot of orders come in so they can’t remember everything but I’ve never had to experience this at any dunkin drive-through this would be the first time I’m hearing this. Once my order was ready, they made me wait at the front and gave everybody Else that was behind me their order first. They then proceeded to give me an iced coffee with regular cream and sugar which I never ordered and a donut which I also never ordered. I would highly recommend not even bothering to come to this Dunkin because they have horrible service, are super slow, And they definitely don’t know how to talk to...

This is the tinest Dunkin I have ever been to. We waited thirty minutes in line and at first I thought it was the customers taking forever to order but it was definitely the guy taking our order. You would think that for a new location, they would actually put people who have worked in a dunkin donuts before before, but this guy knew nothing and didn't even know if they sold orange juice or not. Even when we went to the second drive up window to pick up our food, everyone looked like they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Everyone was yelling at each other, and there seem to be no manager leading. They were definitely not prepared for the volume of people that weekend. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches, two hash browns, munchkins and two orange juices. The bread on the sourdough breakfast sandwich was so stale and the sausage in in my croissant sandwich was ice cold. Both of our hash Browns were so soggy. We could not even finish them.
